I’ve tried a lot of apps, and they come and go. One of the main reasons I never stick to a GTD app is because it runs independently of most of the sources of task I get. Well no more. Jello, a plugin for outlook tranforms your inbox into a fully fledged GTD System.

I must admit when I first used jello about a year ago I wasnt overly impressed with the UI I could see what it was trying to do. In the last few weeks I’ve been given the task of keeping the development team organised and communicating progress etc to production managers. Faced with this I decided to give it another try – and boy was i impressed.

Jello 5 has been kitted out with a sily smooth interface, easier workflow and many other features. I’m yet to discover what “tickles” are for in the system, but I love it anyway. Even with about 150 emails a day my inbox remains firmly at zero. For anyone juggling a busy life or workplace Jello is definatly one to try.
